Constipation is a bitch
Constipation is a bitch. I hate it. I’m not a “regular” person so when I do “go” I don’t need it to be any more difficult then it has to be. I also like the weight loss factor of being “regular” because I think if my body processed my food faster, and in a timelier manor, saturated fats would not have time to cling to my unsightly ass!
To battle constipation I like to eat high fiber foods. If you are a Constipation Warrior too you might be interested in my new find, high fiber yogurt. Light N’ Lively with Fiber is a newer yogurt on the market that has 3 grams of fiber in one little 4 oz container of smooth fruity yogurt. It tastes great and will make you poop too therefore an A+ food in my opinion.
Other high fiber foods I eat are:
*Spinich salads
*Wheat bread only (sandwhiches, toast, breakfast)
*Kale
*Life Cereal (and many many more)
*Beans (baked, black, refried, or what have you)
*Dried fruits
*Any assortment of Asian foods usually does the trick
*Taco bell usually works too!
Just some food for thought…
