Flick to Flickr
I have all these pictures I wanted to post of my wonderful weekend of bachelorette madness. Flickr, my new picture posting buddy, alerted me that I've already met my limit of uploadable pictures. BUNK!!! Now what the hell am I supposed to do??
This weekend in Chicago was SO FUN! So fun in fact I am having a hard time focusing my thoughts enough to figure out what to write. I'll just post in outline style for now....
Highlihghts
*I got to hang out with Keelee for an entire weekend and meet her close girlfriends.
*Saw a drag show and lots of gay men in black leather pants
*We had an adult "tupper ware" party where I learned lots...
*I got to ride an elevator up 96 floors
*All the girls & I had our make-up done at Sephora on Saturday night
*I got to wear a black tank top that said "Bachelorette" on it in little crystals
*I met Mindy McCready (The Country Singer) and got my picture taken with her. Not that I can SHOW YOU thanks to damn Flickr!
Not so fun moments
*Poor Keelee got Strep throat on Sunday
*The tin man outside of the mall wouldn't take a picture for me unless I paid him (again, pictures would have been helpful here)
*I had to leave the dance club early and alone because I was wasted and couldn't hang
*I landed early at National Airport but still had to sit for an hour on the tar mack before we could get a spot at a gate, meanwhile I had to pee really bad.

Sounds like an awesome weekend! I'm gonna go check out your friend's photos so I can get a visual of all the action! :) Welcome back!
OMG! So I go check out the photos at your friend Keelee's blog (hi, Keelee!) and I saw something that mentioned that you guys went to school at Cabrillo in Lompoc, CA! Okay, I knew you'd gone to h.s. in CA and that's how you knew Courtney, but I didn't realize that was exactly where you lived. My two very dear friends moved there and went to that school after living in Germany. They're more like, my age, but maybe you have some ideas on how to find them? Like some insider Cabrillo scoop? :) I have been looking for them online for YEARS. Jennifer (class of 90) and Joanne (class of 91)Southorn. As usual, what a freakin' small world with the military!! :) Um, I guess maybe I shoulda emailed you since I wrote this much!!!
I had the same issue with flickr, that's why I went to yahoo and posted them their. It took less time, there is no limit and I can just email people that I want to see them.
I have all mine loaded onto Webshots and I love it!!! You can get a free account or a premium one that costs $29 for a year. To me it's worth it since I'm all about the pix! :) Then you can post a link on your blog to your Webshots account and anyone can see them.
Keels -- I'm glad you could post.
Jess -- I will do some research on those people for you.
You ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!
Jess -- are those two girls sisters?
SO you can't post a picture to your blog through webshots though, right?
