Kitchen Bouquet
Further investigation brought me the explaniation below for a Kitchen Bouquet, discussed in my earlier post. To learn something new, as "they" say you should every day, read below:Kitchen Bouquet: Browning & Seasoning Sauce for meat, gravy and stew. Brings out meat's juicy flavor. Brown bottle ~ 6 inches tall. Yellow and red label. Usually found near the gravy mixes and/or soup ingredients. Also good for darkening and flavoring gravy.
