Best Friend To The Rescue
Because Lizzy is suffering from depression, illness, a tonsilectomy, an over all distaste for life and a severe lack of zest I've had to step in to rectify the situation. When life seems low and sad, and you're being followed around by a big grey cloud, sometimes it is the shoulder of your best friend that you need.December 16th Elizabeth will be flying to DC to both cry on my shoulder and party at my house. She's arriving just in time for our Holiday bash -- and leaving the following Monday. I plan on getting her drunk, maybe getting her laid (our couch had a lucky streak!) and to exhume the smile of her past.
**Keep your fingers crossed for her. She's getting her tonsils ripped out today!
BFF!

I will keep my finger crossed and my legs open in her honor! Smooches!
AW! This might pale in comparison, but when I had all my wisdom teeth taken out, I was not a happy camper. But they gave me some FABULOUS drugs!
Tonsilectomies are supposed to be kind of dangerous for adults.....I haven't heard from her yet but I'm GOING CRAZY thinking about how she feels.
I'm sure she'll be just fine! Sometimes the anxiety is much worse than the actual event. Prayers and more prayers for Liz!
Hey...don't go crazy...I'm here! I'm in a lot of pain, but the drugs are good! The crazy thing is that I've been too freakin' upset to even give a rat's ass about my stupid tonsils! I can't wait to get a Jessie and family hug!!!!
I'm glad you're feeling better. I can't wait to see you in two weeks!! I just took the day off on the 19th so that we can hang. =)
